Ending in 3rd place in the Sepang race than the pole Saturday, the Valentino Rossi in the Fiat Yamaha won the 9th world title and the 7th in the 500cc category and MotoGP. On top of the Grand Prix of Malaysia took the Casey Stoner with Ducati making a very good race in wet conditions.

In second place finished by Dani Pedrosa, while the other contender for the title and teammate of Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo, came 4th.
